The features included with GIC are:
- A simple to use interface and user experience.
- The ability to have a single login to the Web Conference from the LMS.
- The ability to schedule in Cisco WebEx™, Citrix GoToMeeting/GoToTraining or Microsoft® Office Live Meeting via the Moodle scheduler and calendar.
- Viewing and organizing of attendance records after the class is given.
- Organized archives of recorded sessions stored on the Cisco WebEx™ Microsoft® Office Live Meeting server.
- Support: Prices include 2 hours of initial live support and free support via email.
Extra features that may be ordered include :
- Advanced statistics.
- Automated downloading of recordings for Cisco WebEx™, Citrix GoToMeeting/GoToTraining or Microsoft® Office Live Meeting, and sideloading to a CDN.
- Additional live support is available.
